Our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use the information you send only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and for no longer than three years after our last contact. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to support@vicatechgroup.com. You may also contact the data protection authority in your country.
Third-party services
This site does not load any third-party scripts or fonts. Links to WhatsApp open a service operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.
